Terrace board for natural and durable outdoor covering
Enjoy the elegance and comfort of natural wood at every step.
The terrace board, made of carefully selected spruce or pine wood, provides a harmonious appearance and a pleasant feeling when walking barefoot. Only the highest quality AB and BC grade material without fallen branches, with an optimal moisture level of ~18%, guarantees excellent stability, longevity and impeccable visual quality in any outdoor conditions.
Available classes:
Class AB - good visual quality
|
BC class - medium quality material
|
Installation recommendation:
The base must be flat, stable and well ventilated , the decking board must not touch the ground.
Layer distance: 400-600 mm with water drainage.
It is advisable to keep the boards in a dry room for 5-14 days before assembly.
A 5-8 mm gap should be left between the boards for expansion and ventilation.
Use stainless steel screws or concealed fasteners.
It is recommended to treat the boards with oil or a protective agent before or after installation.
A 10-20 mm expansion gap must be left at the building wall.
Material selection:
Spruce wood is softer, lighter and has more pronounced fine knots. |
Pine wood is denser, has a more expressive texture, and more resin, which makes it more resistant to moisture. |
Processing options:
We offer high-quality processing services to companies and individuals.
Industrial wood painting - an industrial process with automated equipment that ensures a uniform and durable coating, protection against external factors, and a long-lasting aesthetic appearance for facades, terraces, fences, and interior decoration. |
Brushing or aging - a process in which the soft layer of wood fibers is removed with a brush, giving the material an antique, textured appearance that creates a modern and cozy atmosphere in the interior. |
Burning - wood treatment with flame and oiling, which gives the surface a unique appearance, additional strength and hardness, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use. |
Thermal treatment - a method of treating wood with high temperature and steam without chemicals, which improves its resistance to moisture, biodegradation and deformation, as well as reduces thermal conductivity. |
Anti-flammability treatment - treatment of wood with special agents that reduce its flammability and increase fire resistance, making it suitable for construction and interiors, where fire safety is particularly important. |
Impregnation - wood is impregnated with special agents, providing protection against damage and extending its lifespan, making it particularly suitable for construction, outdoor furniture and fences. |
Care:
For a terrace to last a long time and maintain its aesthetic quality, it is essential to follow professional installation guidelines, ensure proper ventilation and water drainage, and perform regular maintenance that protects the wood from the effects of external conditions and extends its lifespan.
