Decking board for natural and durable outdoor covering

Enjoy the elegance and comfort of natural wood at every step.

The decking board, made of carefully selected spruce or pine wood, provides a harmonious appearance and a pleasant feeling when walking barefoot. Only the highest quality AB and BC grade material without fallen branches, with an optimal moisture level of ~18%, guarantees excellent stability, longevity and impeccable visual quality in any outdoor conditions.

Available classes:

Class AB - good visual quality

  • Branches: allowed and mostly healthy (black ones up to 15 mm).

  • Cracks: small along the grain (10cm from the visible side of the board is permissible, but 25% of the length of the board on the invisible side is permissible), non-penetrating.

  • Resin pockets: small (up to 50 mm) are acceptable.

  • Color: slight differences in shades are acceptable.

  • Bruising: minimal and only local.

  • Defects: rot and insect damage are not allowed, penetrating cracks are allowed only at the end of the board (not longer than the width of the board).

BC class - medium quality material

  • Branches: larger, unlimited in number, some may have fallen out.

  • Cracks: permissible along the grain (30% of the total length) and through (up to 1m).

  • Resin pockets: acceptable.

  • Color: uneven tone is acceptable

  • Bruising: permissible to a greater extent.

  • Defects: fallen branches, breaks, mechanical damage, small branches affected by rot and insect damage are permissible.

Installation recommendation:

  • The base must be flat, stable and well ventilated , the decking board must not touch the ground.

  • Layer distance: 400-600 mm with water drainage.

  • It is advisable to keep the boards in a dry room for 5-14 days before assembly.

  • A 5-8 mm gap should be left between the boards for expansion and ventilation.

  • Use stainless steel screws or concealed fasteners.

  • It is recommended to treat the boards with oil or a protective agent before or after installation.

  • A 10-20 mm expansion gap must be left at the building wall.

Material selection:

Spruce wood is softer, lighter and has more pronounced fine knots.

Pine wood is denser, has a more expressive texture, and more resin, which makes it more resistant to moisture.

Processing options:

We offer high-quality processing services to companies and individuals.

Industrial wood painting - an industrial process with automated equipment that ensures a uniform and durable coating, protection against external factors, and a long-lasting aesthetic appearance for facades, terraces, fences, and interior decoration.

Brushing or aging - a process in which the soft layer of wood fibers is removed with a brush, giving the material an antique, textured appearance that creates a modern and cozy atmosphere in the interior.

Burning - wood treatment with flame and oiling, which gives the surface a unique appearance, additional strength and hardness, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use.

Thermal treatment - a method of treating wood with high temperature and steam without chemicals, which improves its resistance to moisture, biodegradation and deformation, as well as reduces thermal conductivity.

Anti-flammability treatment - treatment of wood with special agents that reduce its flammability and increase fire resistance, making it suitable for construction and interiors, where fire safety is particularly important.

Impregnation - wood is impregnated with special agents, providing protection against damage and extending its lifespan, making it particularly suitable for construction, outdoor furniture and fences.

Care:

For a terrace to last a long time and maintain its aesthetic quality, it is essential to follow professional installation guidelines, ensure proper ventilation and water drainage, and perform regular maintenance that protects the wood from the effects of external conditions and extends its lifespan.
